If you are new to cooking and you donot know the abcd of cooking then this is the perfect dish for you. Less ingredients, less time consuming and the best dish if you are in a hurry to prepare something. Check it out friends and do let me know your views.


Ingredients:

Eggs - 4
Onions - 1(Finely Chopped)
Green Chillies - 3(Cut into two halves vertically)
Turmeric Powder - Half tablespoon
Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Salt - As per taste
Chilli Powder - 2 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon

Preparation:

Take a bowl and break the eggs and beat them with an egg-beater.
Add salt and chilli powder as per taste to these eggs. Keep it aside.
Take a pan to heat and add oil to it.
Add onions and green chillies. Fry till the onions turn light brown in color.
Now, add turmeric powder along with coriander leaves and mix well.
Add the egg mix to this and leave for 2 mins on low flame.
After 2 mins, combine the ingredients present in the pan.
Cook for 10 mins on medium flame and remove from heat.
The egg bhurji is ready to be served.

Serving Options:

Serve it with puri/chapati/bread or you can have it as a side dish along with sambar rice/rasam rice. I am sure you will love the combination.

    Egg burji is the very first dish I learnt to make during my hostel days, its so easy and versatile and just the other day I prepared egg burji and stuffed it into some store bought puff pastry sheets (which I wanted to finish) and prepared egg burji puffs...it was great!
